Shipping and Delivery Estimates
If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship within 24 hours during working days after we received the payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery will typically take 2 to 4 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
GiantexUK takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the GiantexUK shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@giantex.co.uk within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide GiantexUK with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivery carrier. 1. Enjoy free shipping to most locations within the United Kingdom.
2. Channel Islands (such as Jersey and Guernsey), Isle of Man, Alderney require an additional shipping fee of £30(for each package). Northern Ireland requires an additional shipping fee starts from £10. Note: Some remote areas may still not be delivered, and if so, we will email you and give full refund.
3. Some remote or offshore areas such as the Scilly Isles, Shetland, and Scottish Islands may not be serviceable for delivery. We will contact you to confirm whether you have another shipping address if such a case arises. If not, we will cancel your order and refund your payments in 2 working days.
4. We don't ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Product Returns:
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items, and any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please contact support@giantex.co.uk. Once your request is approved, you can download the return label from the “Return Information”.
If you want to return it by yourself, please email us at support@giantex.co.uk along with the return tracking number(s).
We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Giantex. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 12 hours to receive a refund. For amounts over $500, we need to deduct a 2% handling fee.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at support@giantex.co.uk. Fill in detailed information to cancel the order. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Please note that we are updating our system maintenance between 11:30 pm-4:00 am PST Time. Any online cancellations are not supported. If you would like to cancel your order during this time, please contact our customer service at support@giantex.co.uk.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:
If you need to cancel after 12 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, please contact our customer service at support@giantex.co.uk. We will process and recall your item(s) right away.
If a package is recalled, you will receive a full refund, less a flat recall fee (based on actual shipping costs) which will be credited back to your original payment within 3-5 business days.
If the package has failed to recall, you will receive a failed recall email notification. Please get in touch with support@giantex.co.uk right away. Cancellations after shipment are only valid to UPS ground delivery service and FedEx. Any items delivered by truck, UPS surepost or USPS cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected at delivery.
Returned Products:
For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance of any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return.
Defective Item:
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem. To apply for returns, please contact this email: support@giantex.co.uk. Our support team will quickly reassess the issue and provide you with a response for up to 48 hours.
Received the Wrong Item:
We follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you a free-of-charge return shipping label.
Please contact support@giantex.co.uk to apply for returns. We will, upon request, send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
Item Damaged During Transit:
In the unlikely event your item arrives at you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at support@giantex.co.uk. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a full refund can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and receive confirmation. We may require images and/or videos of the defective product.
Lost or missing items:
If the logistics tracking number shows delivery but you have not received the goods, please email our customer service team at support@giantex.co.uk within 10 days (note that after 10 days, the goods have been received or found by default) and include the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost parcel claim. The claim will help to recover your lost parcel. The claims process will take 7 days until an official confirmation is received from the shipping company.

Andrew Really pleased with this chair. Easy to put together, took me roughly 30 mins, easy to follow instructions. It's quite a big chair all over which I was looking being a larger chap, it's sturdy and heavy at around 25kg, and very comfortable so far, so no complaints. Would certainly recommend this chair.

Harry Pretty easy to put together, build quality is decent for the price. The seat is comfy enough and the back is nice and wide if you're broad shouldered. Unfortunately the max height on the chair is a bit too short for me (I'm 200cm, about 6'7?), really needs an extra 5cm or so in height adjustment to make it comfortable for me.
If you're more of a normal height you'll probably be fine.
Also my cat immediately scratched the crap out of it, really doesn't stand up well to claws so if you have cats that like to lounge on your chair beware.

Amazon Customer TLDR : If you are on the heavy side and need a chair that can handle the punishment this seems like it's the one for you.
So...long story but might be useful to someone. 4 years ago I bought a "TPFLiving Heavy Duty XXL Office Chair Denver Capacity: 210 kg" for 129. Rated to 210kg (~462lbs). Great chair, assembly was a bugger trying to line everything up with just one pair of hands but managed. Recently the right arm cracked and the chair could no longer support any weight against the backrest, seems it was cast aluminium. To be clear at my heaviest I was 180kg (396lbs) and when it cracked I was closer to 300lbs. It did last 4 years but gave out at much less than the rated weight.
So, I set about finding a stronger, sturdier chair and settled on the 500lb version of this one giving me a whopping 200lbs of leeway between my weight and it's maximum.
On to the review...
It weighs a hell of a lot, it says 25kg on the box but I doubt that as no one in my office could lift the box except me and I am a powerlifter so I know what 25kg feels like. The chair is pretty easy to assemble, all screws are labelled on the back of the pack they come in with perforated access, it comes with an allen key which is all you need to assemble it. All holes lined up nicely and if you get the arms the right way around (they are labelled) they have recesses that can slot into the holes on the back rests making it easy to keep it in place whilst you insert the bolts. I assembled the whole thing whilst sat on my on another chair.
Quality/rigidity
It is very obvious this chair is going to last and stand up to some weighty punishment (which is why you buy this in the first place). Seems like all the important parts are made out of steel, even the arm rests that gave way on my other chair are heavy steel. Only plastic parts really were the wheels, they look solid but I do wonder about them. Fortunately they are standard office chair wheels, I have spare ceramics wheels with brakes if they go but I think they will be fine.
Comfort.
It is a very LARGE chair. I thought my last chair was big but this is bigger still, much wider. It literally is like an arm chair on wheels. It is heavily padded on the front and the back, the back feels very comfortable but that might depend on your back needs.
One thing to note is that even at minimum setting the tilt spring feels like it's going to catapult me out of the window but I seem to remember my last chair was exactly the same and it loosens up and becomes easier to lean back in a few weeks.

Miranda As someone else said, don't tighten up the seat screws too much until the back is on. Good for a large 2m tall person like me and a bigger or smaller person. I got the 400lbs 123cm chair. My argos one before this had wheels fallen off, bits had fallen away everywhere, tilting to one side, it was unhealthy and obliterated. Should of purchased this a while ago.
Update, Nov 24, had the chair quite a few months mow, no squeaks, still comfortable, all good. Update: 19 months later, still like new, no sqeaks, still great.

Tested by my 20 stone 6'3" male companion, says it's well padded and very comfy.
Casters supplied look like the "standard" type, used the heavy duty castors we bought for the old chair, he likes to lean well back and standard castors don't tend to last long!

John Hodgson This is an early impression as I just assembled it 30 minutes ago, but all indications are is that it is very comfortable and sturdy, I have no reason to think I will change my mind.
Now, it would be safe to say that I am NOT a DIY person, I can't stand putting things together, and I was not relishing tackling this. The instructions are super clear and even I couldn't mess up. But! Just one tip for anyone putting this together, when you put the back of the seat on, leave the screws holding the arm rests in as loose as possible, hanging off almost, otherwise you will not be able to squeeze the back into place without a) tearing the fabric, or b) throwing the whole thing through the nearest window.
So in conclusion, this is a fab chair, value for money and solid as a rock. Just watch the back as you put it on.

I will say that some of the pieces were a little difficult to assemble on my own, so if you have difficulty assembling things by yourself, I would say get some assistance as the pieces are pretty heavy on their own.

Big Rik Delivered by Syd, of DPD fame, we took delivery of a large, heavy yet tough cardboard box. Taking heed of the notice on the top of the box, I looked for an object other than the apparently prohibited knife; a 14mm Workzone spanner was nearby, so I improvised, adapted and overcame the challenge of opening the box without cutting the chair covers. The items were packed well- and logically in the tough box. I noticed straight away that each part was also tough, with the padding of the seat back and cushion already feeling soft to the touch. Assembly took about ten minutes with the same ease as assembling a Duplo toy car. Gingerly lowering my odious bulk onto the office chair, I was immediately met with supreme comfort; the seat back is not as vertical as I would have normally preferred, albeit the high is perfect for my computer desk. I often fell asleep in my old office chair, but this one, well, it will be hard to even form the will power to wake up.
This office chair is seriously worth the money and anyone considering this on their shortlist of possible purchases should just go right ahead and buy it.
