I've only had the chair for 5 days so far so cannot comment on longevity and such. But what I can comment on as someone that's disabled and suffers with constant joint pain, this chair is one of very few i'm able to sit in for longer periods of time without it causing my pain to worsen.

Every office chair I have ever owned has eventually suffered with random sinking while sitting in it. I have not had this one long and the only problem I have with it is that rises for no reason. I leave the chair at the height I want it but when I return it will be somewhat higher. It does not happen all the time, but it is a regular feature. Other than that, it seems to be a sturdy basic office chair and fine for my needs.

Massive chair, perfect for someone thats over 6ft tall which is why i wanted it. Most chairs i can barely sit in, let alone get my legs up and sit comfortably at home on my PC for long. This chair lets me sit very comfortably in different positions and as a bonus, its so big, the kids cant even climb onto it so they focus the wifes smaller chair!

Very comfortable chair. Took me a lot of research into what to buy this was definitely good value. Not too difficult to assemble, I did it on my own. Only thing I have found is the little round plugs that are the last thing to go in, which hid the screws, have popped out a couple of times since assembling. No biggy as there easy to put back in. Maybe I didn't push them in far enough initially. Not happened since.

I tried so hard to get a comfortable chair to work from home. I ordered a couple, had them assembled, tried them then got my poor husband to dismantle them and Storeto take them back. This was going to be my last attempt. This chair is wonderful. The padding on the seat is robust and supportive and where your legs curl round there's padding around the edge as well to lessen the strain and circulation cutting that other chairs put on your thigh to knee area. Hard to explain. The back is supportive. The wheels are strong and excellent the hydraulic lift is great too. I am 21 stone and this has saved my working day. I do wish I was taller because due to being short I find it difficult to sit right back but then a cushion behind my back seems to work. It's wide enough, it's strong enough, it's supportive enough. I have arthritis in my lower back - the pain is lessened in this chair. Praying the padding won't give way too quick. Have only had this a month. Will see where we are in six months but so far it's amazing.

I don��t really often leave reviews, but hopefully this will help a few others that may be looking, let��s just say I am a big guy bigger than most & I��ve sat on those computer chairs where they go straight down ! This does not go down 1 cm it is extremely comfortable and wide & for the money is great value and great quality, my son put it together for me and it took him about 40 minutes but reasonably straightforward, he says it looks like the type of chair when I��m sat in and I��m going to take over the world ?? but I know what he means it is more like a throne than a chair ! Would not hesitate to get another one.

Great product. The cushioning is strong and the arm pads have held even with time. Has great tilt-ability and reclining ability. Back board is cushioned and rigid but is immobile so you can��t adjust the back support.
